Benjamin Matthew Schneider, a newborn, died at 9:03 p.m. Feb. 22, 2011, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born Feb. 22, 2011, to Scott Daniel (and spouse Kelli Jo Hoke) Schneider, Warsaw.
Also surviving are a brother, Evan Schneider, Warsaw; grandparents, Daniel and Karen Schneider, Woodstock, Ill., and Noel and Joan Hoke, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Linda Hoke, in 2003.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with the procession leaving from Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, with Pastors Bruce Barlow and Kip Cone officiating.
