Kosciusko Community YMCA board members and staff gathered Tuesday for a steel topping ceremony at the construction site of the new YMCA at U.S. 30 and Mariner Drive in Warsaw. Construction is still on pace to be completed by November and the YMCA anticipates officially opening its doors Dec. 1.
