New Voting By Mail Rule AnnouncedFor voters who are concerned about voting in person, Kosciusko Clerk of Circuit and Superior Courts Ann Torpy announced there is now a ruling from the Election Commission to allow "no-excuse" voting by mail.
Each voter who wants to vote by mail must complete an application and return the completed application to the clerk's office.
The applications can be found on the clerk's website at www.kcgov.com/topic/index.php?topicid=43&structureid=32 or they can contact the office at 574-372-2332.
They also may visit www.indianavoters.com or www.IN.gov/sos/elections.
Ballots will be mailed beginning April 14. All completed applications must be returned to the clerk no later than May 21. They can be mailed, emailed (absentee@kcgov.com) or faxed (574-372-2338).
