The new section of the Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, is nearly complete, with waterlines installed, the survey finished and markers, according to sexton David Shaw at the cemetery board meeting Thursday.
Groundsman and board of regents member Louis Dobbins said a variety of 72 trees have been ordered.
The road through the section has been named Willow.
Located on the northeast side of the cemetery, there are 144 new lots. Each lot has eight spaces, for a total of 1,152 spaces.
The board also signed two deeds.
Board members are Bob Sanders, Warren Tatter and Louis Dobbins. Jeff Grose is the non-voting Warsaw city council member.
