The romantic drama starring Jonathan Patrick Moore (“The L.A. Complex”), Erin Bethea (“Fireproof”), Terry O’Quinn (“Los”), James Marsters (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”), Bill Cobbs (“Night at the Museum”), Barry Corbin (“No Country for Old Men”) and Irma P. Hall (“The Ladykillers”) was directed by Drew Waters.
The first feature film production from Argentum Entertainment, “New Life” is a romantic drama that will move and inspire you to live life to the fullest, according to a press release from Argentum Entertainment.
“New Life” is the feature film directorial debut for Waters (“Friday Night Lights,” “The Ultimate Life”). The film tells the story of Ben and Ava, who meet as children and begin a lifelong love story. As they journey together through life’s ups and downs, their bond strengthens and grows. When life takes a turn neither of them expected, their entire future is called into question. The press release states “New Life” explores the ups and downs of life and love, showing us that in good times and bad, life can be approached with hope and the opportunity for something new.
“New Life is a emotionally stirring love story for the ages. The film sends the viewer on a romantic journey that goes deeper than your average love story. Creator and director Drew Waters was inspired in a very personal way to share this kind of story. After losing his grandfather to a broken heart, he wanted to create a tool that would help those who were dealing with a loss or any kind of difficult time by telling a story in which people could see themselves. In doing so, ‘New Life’ serves as a reminder that the seasons of life spent in the valley cannot erase the mountaintop experiences,” the release states.
