Bell Memorial Public Library in Mentone reopened Monday at its new location, 101 W. Main St. Pictured are library employees, Friends of the Library members and patrons who were on hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The library has been closed for two weeks during the move from its North Broadway Street location. The $1.2 million project was several years in the making. It also includes a day care center and a senior citizen center. Lorna Klein is the library's director. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
