NORTH WEBSTER — Neva Lucille O’Connor, 58, Fort Wayne, formerly of Syracuse and North Webster, passed away at 3:50 p.m. Jan. 18, 2017, at Parkview Randalia Hospital, Fort Wayne. 
She was born Nov. 11, 1958, in Columbia City, to Maurice R. and Donna L. Rockwell Snyder.
She graduated in 1977 from Wawasee High School, Syracuse; attended Ivy Tech, Goshen; and was a lifetime Syracuse/North Webster area resident until moving to Fort Wayne 2-½ years ago. She was married Oct. 19, 2004, in Gatlinburg, Tenn., to Michael L. O’Connor II ,who survives. 
She was employed at the Liberty Diner, Fort Wayne, and formerly worked at Palace of Sweets, North Webster; Goshen Rubber Co. and was the former owner/operator of Neva’s Place, North Webster.
She grew up in the Grace Lutheran Church. Syracuse; was a member of American Legion Auxiliary, Syracuse; and a former member of the Lakeland Kiwanis, North Webster.
She is survived by her husband, Michael O’Connor II, North Webster; a daughter, Lacey (spouse Daniel) Savage, North Webster; a son, Joshua (spouse Diana) Patterson, Fort Wayne; three grandchildren: Samuel Savage, Jack Patterson and Henry Patterson; two sisters, Lorree Corbat, Syracuse, and Laura Keller, Fort Wayne; three brothers: David (spouse Pauline) Snyder, LaPorte; Daniel (spouse Beth) Snyder, Indianapolis; and Paul Snyder, Syracuse; a stepdaughter, Micca (spouse Tony) Stewart, Lebanon; and her mother-in law, Julia Hart, Paulding, Ohio.
She was preceded by her parents and a brother, James Snyder.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home, with Pastor Gary Colby of Salem Community Church, Wilmot, officiating. 
Private burial is planned in Eberhard Cemetery, Columbia City.
