Nelson Collins Jr., 78, died at 9:15 a.m. Dec. 5, 2014, at Warsaw Meadows Care Center, Warsaw. He was born Nov. 20, 1936, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Nelson Sr. and Gypsy Collins. He lived most of his life in Kosciusko County, and retired from Choretime Brock in January 1999 as an assembler for 33 years. Surviving are a daughter, Tanya (and spouse Bruce) Reinhart, Syracuse; five grandchildren: Junior Reinhart, Franklin Hibshman Jr., Tressie Blocher, Brandy Light, Nelson Blocher; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred Powers, Prestonsburg. He was preceded in death by a son, James Nelson Collins, who died in April 1974; seven sisters and three brothers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Glenn Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
