LeeAnn Evett and Daniel and Linda Neff, all of North Webster, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Abigail Neff, Carmel, to Andrew John Knoblauch, Carmel. He is the son of Dennis and Barbara Knoblauch, Fort Wayne.
The bride-to-be is an office clerk at Women's Health Partnership, Carmel. She is a 2001 graduate of Wawasee High School, Syracuse, and received an associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College, Fort Wayne, in 2007.
The groom-elect is a staff accountant at NAMIC, Indianapolis. He is a 1999 graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School, Fort Wayne, and received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2007.
