National Boys & Girls Club Week

Posted
Boys & Girls Club of Kosciusko County joins thousands of other Boys & Girls Clubs across the country in celebrating National Boys & Girls Club Week Sunday through March 31.

This year, the Club will highlight programs and Club member's achievements. The week-long celebration will begin with a celebrity look-a-like day, a day full of surprises all followed up by an open house March 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club.

"This should be our most exciting celebration yet," said Cindi Knepper. "We plan to show the community the rich diversity of programs and benefits the Club provides to our young people."

Boys & Girls Club of Kosciusko County has been an integral part of Kosciusko County for more than 30 years. Its Clubs provide services to more than 900 boys and girls, ages 5-18, in the key areas of health and life skills, character and leadership, education and career, the arts, and sports, fitness and recreation.

Boys & Girls Club of Kosciusko County is a United Way Agency serving youth ages 5 to 18. The Club is open Monday and Tuesday from 3 to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m., and Thursday from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. at Claypool United Methodist Church.
