When the sound of your own voice becomes more important than the content of your words, you might want to pause long enough to weigh the damage left behind.
This president has a chronic problem with fact gathering before he verbally attacks. He has vilified oil and car companies, the insurance industry, banking, Wall Street and physicians. Then he told Americans who disagreed with his health care system to "bring it on". All of this is done without any thought given to the radioactive fallout he creates.
When the presidency isn't about the country nor its people, but is tonic for the ego and the vehicle to carry the agenda, the thought processes change.
Almost two years into this presidency, Mr. Obama still hasn't grasped the concept of leadership; that being informed trumps mind jerks; that facts are always key components of solutions. Constant lies, excuses, back tracking, refusal to accept responsibility, and blaming others for everything is a classic sign of drowning in a sea of inexperience and self doubt.
Lives are being changed significantly. Children's futures are now compromised. Freedoms are being stripped and voices silenced. And the American people have become irrelevant. And Barack Obama continues to chum the waters for the congressional sharks willing to sacrifice the good of the masses for the good of the few.
