The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of this Hearing is to hear a Special Exception request, #01-18-SU, filed by Lyndon Yoder, 703 Hastings Street. Nappanee, Indiana. The request is for a Special Exception to allow a home occupation of a vehicle detailing business located at 703 Hastings Street.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY:
Lots Sixteen (16) & Seventeen (17) in Hastings Addition to the Town, now City of Nappanee, Indiana said plat being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Elkhart County, Indiana
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
