The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #08-22-PLN filed Jacob & Lindsay Yoder to request a rezoning from Industrial to Business. The property is located at 252 S. Madison Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
Lot Number 50 in the Culp’s Division to the Original Town, now City, of Nappanee, Indiana; said Plat being recorded in Deed Record 85, page 153 in the Office of the Recorder of Elkhart County, Indiana.
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
