NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this hearing is to hear the following request for an amendment to the Planned Development of buss's Westside Industrial Park filed by Nuway Construction, 2119 Carmen Court, Goshen, IN 46526 for Kountry Wood Products, Virgil Yoder, Vice President, 352 Shawnee Street, Nappanee, IN 46550. The request is to amend the recorded Plat of Buss's Westside Industrial Park to allow a 50-foot curb cut on the north side of Osage Drive where a 5-foot non-access easement is recorded. This property is located at 352 Shawnee Drive Nappanee, Indiana. LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Phase VII lot 9 of Buss's Westside Industrial Park/Buss's Westside Industrial Park A PD-I/PD-B Unit Development to Nappanee, Indiana. A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
