NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, June 12, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #01-14-PLN filed by B. Doriot & Associates, Inc. P.O. Box 465 New Paris, IN 46553 for Trustees of the Steven R. Yoder & Betty Diana Yoder Trust and Henry J. Hochstetler Life Estate. The petitioner is requesting a Preliminary Plat approval for a REPLAT OF THE SOUTH 198 FEET OF LOT 27 IN GOOD’S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF NAPPANEE Legal Description of Property: Lot Number Twenty-seven (27) as the said Lot is known and designated on the recorded Plat of GOOD’S SECOND ADDITION to the Town, now City of Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana; EXCEPTING, however, the North One Hundred Thirty-two (132) FEET BY A PARALLEL LINES OFF OF AND FROM SAID Lot Numbered Twenty-seven (27).
