NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this hearing is to hear the following rezoning request filed by the owner Philip J. Hahn, Hahn Investments, LLC, 1203 East Market Street Nappanee, IN 46550. The said property is located at 151 North Oakland Avenue and 153 North Oakland Avenue. Petition Filed Change the zoning from R-1 Low Density Residential to B-2 General Business with respect to the following described real estate, to wit: LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: REAL ESTATE Legal Description 151 N.
