NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the City of Nappanee, Elkhart and Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, that a public hearing will be conducted by the Common Council of the City of Nappanee on a request for tax abatement from propery owner Fairmont Homes, Inc., on personal property improvements by manufacturer ABC Bus, Inc., on North Oakland Avenue, Nappanee, Indiana. A statement of benefits is on file in the Clerk-Treasurer's Office, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana. The real estate was designated to be an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to IC 6.1-12.1-1 on June 7, 2010. A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the Elkhart County Assessors office. The propery owner Fairmont Homes, Inc. on behalf of the manufacturer ABC Bus, Inc., has requested tax abatement on the personal property located on the real estate for a period of seven (7) years. Said hearing will be held on Monday June 21, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee Municipal Center, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
