NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to hear a Special Exception request, #01-14-SU, filed by CDLT, Inc. 23935 US Hwy 6 Nappanee, IN 46550 (property owner) and Central States Tower 323 South Hale Street, Suite 100 Wheaton, IL 60187 (Leaser). The request is for a Special Exception to allow the construction of a panel antenna, associated appliances, coaxial cable and mounts on a new 150-foot tall monopole tower located at 350 S. Madison Street Nappanee, Indiana 46550. LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: LOT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT (358) IN HARTMAN’S FOURTH SOUTH ADDITION TO THE TOWN, NOW CITY OF NAPPANEE, INDIANA. A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered. All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
