The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of this Hearing is to hear a variance request, #01-17-BZA, filed by Dennis & Diana Carr, 503 N. Madison Street, Nappanee, IN 46550. The request is for a variance from the Nappanee Unified Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance to allow the construction of a 10 foot by 20 foot accessory structure that will increase the total lot coverage to 27 percent. The property is located at 503 N. Madison Street. Nappanee, IN 46550.

Lot Numbered One (1) in Prickett’s First addition to the City of Nappanee, Indiana; as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Elkhart County, Indiana.
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
