NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this hearing is to conduct a public hearing on petition #02-12-PLN a replat of Lot #1 Blackstone Subdivision DPUD, filed by Brads-Ko Engineering & Surveying, Inc., 1009 South 9th Street Goshen, Indiana 46526 and owned by Fireside Homes Inc, 21 920 CR 45 Goshen In 46528. The petition request is to replat Lot #1 Blackstone from 20 single family attached condominium units totaling 40 dwelling units into 32 single family attached units and single family unattached dwelling units for a reduction of 8 dwelling units. Legal Description: LOT # 1 IN BLACKSTONE D.P.U.D., A DETAILED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, A SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, UNION TOWNSHIP, ELKHART COUNTY, INDIANA; SAID PLAT BEING RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 94. A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered. All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
