NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION
The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #01-18-PLN filed by Abonmarche Consultants Inc. 1009 South Ninth Street Goshen, IN 46526.
The petitioner is requesting approval for a REPLAT OF LOT#26 THROUG LOT #32, INCLUSIVE, AND LOT #35 IN BLACKSTONE DETAILED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
Legal Description of Property:
LOT#26, THROUGH #32 INCLUSIVE, AND #35 AS SAID LOTS ARE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF BLACKSTONE FIFTH DETAILED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SAID PLAT BEING RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF ELKHART COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 91 AND A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST UNION TOWNSHIP, ELKHART COUNTY, INDIANA.
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
