PUBLIC NOTICE NAPPANEE WASTEWATER PLANT PROJECT The City of Nappanee desires to utilize funds associated with its current Indiana Finance Authority SRF Loan for four (4) additional work items associated with its Wastewater Utility project including: 1) Large Sludge Pole Barn 2) Site Access Road Asphalt Overlay 3) Additional Site Perimeter Lighting 4) Additional Equipment Monitoring/SCADA This work effort will not effect current rates.
