The City of Nappanee Board of Public Works will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 8, 2018, at 3:30 PM, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments for the proposed use of a public alley, located between 110 and 152 W. Market Street, for outdoor seating for the proposed Restaurant Ruhe @ 152. The Board of Works will be taking action on an Agreement for Use of Public Alley for a Temporary Café’/Restaurant. The Board would like to provide a time for Public Comment before voting on the agreement. A copy of the Agreement will be available to review in the office of the Nappanee Clerk Treasurer’s Office, located at 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550.
