NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NAPPANEE PLAN COMMISSION
The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on December 19, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #08-24-PLN by Thomas Mast of My Fathers Land, LLC. The petitioner is requesting a Special Exception for an RV Park in a B2 Zoning. The RV Park proposes the parking of up to two motorhome units on a 50x50 concrete pad with a landscaped perimeter for privacy and buffering. The RV Park shall have utility hook-ups for sewer, water, and electricity. The parcel is 66x66 feet, and the property is located at 251 E. Lincoln Street in Nappanee, Indiana.

A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, 215 W. Market St., Nappanee, IN 46550. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, or emailed at tnunemaker@nappanee.in.gov, before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
