NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NAPPANEE PLAN COMMISSION
The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 11, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #01-24-PLN to Replat property by Timothy Weaver to subdivide Lot #46 of Hartman’s 2nd Addition into two (2) half lots and combine the south half of Lot #46 with the south half of Lot #45. The properties are located at 253 E. Centennial Street and 252 N. Madison Street.

TRACT-A: This original description is part of the property conveyed to Timothy A. Weaver in Document Number 2021-24686 in the Recorders Office of Elkhart County, Indiana, being a tract of land in Lot Number 46 in the recorded Plat of Hartman's Second Addition to the Town, now City of Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana and is from a survey by Christopher W, McCrea dated March 13, 2024. Job Number JK-24049 with John Kimpel & Associates and is more particularly described as follows:

A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
