NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NAPPANEE PLAN COMMISSION
The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 8, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #02-24-PLN to Replat property by Ross Yoder of RJ Leasing LLC to subdivide two existing industrial lots into three industrial lots. The property is located at 3002 Cheyenne Street, Nappanee, IN 46550.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
Tract – A: BUSS'S WEST SIDE INDUSTRIAL; PARK BUSS'S WEST SIDE BUSINESS PARK PHASE FIVE LOT 6 (TIF 79), Parcel No. 20-13-35-126-004.000-021
Tract – B: PT NW1/4 EX ETC EX 3.40A; SEC 35; 6.074Z (TIF 79), Parcel No. 20-13-35-126-005.000-021
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, 215 W. Market St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, or emailed at tnunemaker@nappanee.in.gov, before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City should contact the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana 46550, (574)773-2112, jknight@nappanee.in.gov as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
