NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE NO. 1485 MINIMUM HOUSING CODE ORDINANCE NO. 1485 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1362 AND ORDINANCE NO. 1380, ADOPTING AND REFINING THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE FOR THE CITY OF NAPPANEE The Civil City of Nappanee Common Council at its meeting on July 7, 2014 , adopted Ordinance No. 1485, amending Ordinances No. 1362 and 1380, adopting and refining the Minimum Housing Code for the Civil City of Nappanee. Certain sections have been revised or updated which are based on, or make reference to, sections of the Indiana Code. This Ordinance would apply within the entire corporate boundary of the Civil City of Nappanee, as it may exist from time to time. Ordinance No. 1485 of the Civil City of Nappanee, Section 13 contains certain fees and Section 16 contains certain penalties, as may pertain to permits, services and violations as noted throughout the Ordinance. Any person may be subject to such fees and violations from time to time. A copy of the aforementioned Ordinance No. 1485 is on file and may be examined in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Municipal Building, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550, anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
