ORDINANCE NO. 1482 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1461 AND ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES AS REGARDS THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE WHEREAS, heretofore the Common Council of the City of Nappanee, Indiana passed and ordained Ordinance No. 580 creating and establishing the Nappanee Emergency Medical Service Department of the City and the Emergency Medical Service Fund as a part of the General Fund of said City, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary, from time to time, to amend the rates and charges for the services performed by the Emergency Medical Service, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPPANEE, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That Section 1 - of Ordinance No. 1461 be amended to read: Mileage: Per loaded mile $16.00 SECTION 2. That all of the balance and remainder of the said Ordinance No. 1461 and as the same has heretofore been amended, same and excepting that part heretofore changed, shall remain in full force and effect.
