NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Public Works and Safety of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Elkhart and Kosciusko County, State of Indiana will receive sealed bids on Monday May 27, 2014 until the hour of 3:30 PM at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office at the Nappanee Municipal Center for the purchase of one (1) New Two Hundred Fifty Gallon (250 Gal.) Poly Tank Skid Unit to fit a 1998 Chevrolet 3500 series 4 X 4 chassis. Specifications for said New Two Hundred Fifty Gallon Poly Tank Skid Unit, may be obtained at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Nappanee, 300 West Lincoln Street, P.O. Box 29, Nappanee, IN 46550. All bids shall be submitted with a cash outright price. All bids shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, which may be obtained at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of said City and shall be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and bid bond, certified check or a corporate surety in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid shall be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept all, or any part of any bid received, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding, and to accept the lowest responsive/responsible bid.
