Notice of Opportunity to make Public Comments City of Nappanee ADA Transition Plan The City of Nappanee has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the City of Nappanee will offer time for Public Comment during the April 9, 2012 Board of Public Works and Safety Meeting. During this meeting, the Transition Plan will be presented. Written comments will be accepted through May 11, 2012 until 4:00 p.m. Portions of the Transition Plan will be located on the City of Nappanee website at www.nappanee.org and are provided to the Nappanee Public Library located at 157 N.
