Work is to commence during August 2017 and should be completed by December 2021. The project is located at 13920 North 1100 West, Nappanee, Scott Township, Kosciusko County, part of the NW quarter of Section 3, Township 34 North, Range 4 East. Receiving waters for this site is the Armey Ditch, located south of the said property.
