NAPPANEE - Details have been released in last week's arrest of a Nappanee man.
Titus Wayne Slabaugh, 44, of 6509 W. CR 800N, Nappanee, was arrested Oct. 24 on a charge of voyeurism.
In a report at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, Slabaugh is accused of looking through a 16-year-old girl's bedroom window and exposing himself to her and others in the neighborhood.
The girl's father, who found Slabaugh, didn't initially report Slabaugh to police.
According to court records, Slabaugh is a registered sex offender with a sex crime conviction in Florida.
