A Nappanee man is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail charged with strong-armed robbery in connection with a September incident.
Jarrett Oliver Fisher, 24, of 308 N. Locke St., Nappanee, is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
According to court documents, Fisher and another man allegedly beat William Lent and robbed him of $1,700 after Lent gave them a ride to a party on Sept. 18.
Lent told police that he knew both men and that he went to the party with them for a while before he decided to leave. Fisher reportedly left with Lent and was driving Lent's pickup before pulling over near the Dewart Lake Inn. Another vehicle reportedly pulled up behind Lent's pickup and Lent was then allegedly pulled from the pickup and hit and kicked before being left at that location.
