Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Civil City of Nappanee, Elkhart and Kosciusko Counties, State of Indiana, that a public hearing will be held in the City of Nappanee Council Chambers on December 2nd at 7:00 PM regarding codification of ordinances. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available and can be inspected in the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
