NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the City of Nappanee, Elkhart and Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, that a public hearing will be conducted by the Common Council of the City of Nappanee on a request for tax abatement on personal property improvement by Fairmont Homes LLC., 504 South Oakland Avenue, Nappanee, Indiana. A statement of benefits is on file in the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana. The real estate was designated to be an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-2(b) on June 1, 2015. A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the Elkhart County Assessors office. The manufacturer, Fairmont Homes LLC has requested tax abatement on the personal property located on the real estate for a period of five (5) years. Said hearing will be held on Monday June 15, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee Municipal Center, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
