The City of Nappanee, Indiana will receive quotes for the 2021 Crack Seal Roadway Maintenance Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule and Specifications. Quotes will be received until 3:30 p.m. local time on June 1st, 2021 in the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, City Hall, 300 W. Lincoln St. Nappanee, IN 46550. Quotes received after that time will be returned unopened. The quotes will be open and read aloud at the subsequent Board of Weeks meeting.
The work shall consist of cleaning and crack sealing streets noted in the contract and all other work necessary for roadway restoration and as included in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for the 2021 Crack Seal contract documents.

The Proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Nappanee, Indiana.
The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with required Federal and State labor regulations.
The City of Nappanee, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in the quote.
