NAPPANEE – The Indiana Department of Transportation announced Ind. 19 between Lincoln and Randolph streets in Nappanee is scheduled to close Wednesday morning as CXS rebuilds railroad crossings. The work will improve the driving surface for motorists and expected to be complete by Oct. 24. All work is weather permitting. The official detour is Ind. 19 to Indiana Avenue to Jackson Street and U.S. 6.
