NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of the Hearing is to hear variance request #03-15-BZA, filed by The City of Nappanee, 300 W. Lincoln Street Nappanee, Indiana 46550. The request is for a variances from the required 5-foot side yard, 10-foot rear yard, and 30-foot front yard setback in a B-2 General Business District. The request also includes a variance from the maximum 75% lot coverage requirement. These variances would allow the construction of a 75 foot by 132 foot open air pavilion that will have all set backs at 0 feet at all property lines and 100% lot coverage. The subject property is located at 201 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
