NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear request #02-23-BZA, filed by Carly Berger of Camellia Permanent Makeup for a Special Exception to allow a tattoo parlor in a B2 General Business District. Camellia Permanent Makeup is located at 156 S. Main Street, Suite A, Nappanee, Indiana. A tattoo parlor shall be permitted by special exception per the requirements of Section 4.7 of the Nappanee Unified Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance.

A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
