NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Elkhart County and Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipality, at their regular meeting place, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550, at 7:00 o'clock PM., on the 5th day of December 2011 will consider the following additional appropriation, in excess of the budget for the current year. CUMULATIVE FIRE EQUIPMENT FUND 4 CAPITAL OUTLAYS 441 CUMULATIVE FIRE EQUIPMENT – TRUCK $40,200.00 Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be automatically referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
