NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Elkhart County and Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipality at their regular meeting place at 7:00 o'clock PM, on the 7th day of December, 2009, will consider the following additional appropriations which said officers consider necessary to meet the extraordinary emergency existing at this time. P & R GOLF COURSE CAPITAL OUTLAYS FUND 4 Capital Outlays 445 Equipment $9,966.69 Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have the right to be heard thereon.
