NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Elkhart County and Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipality at their regular meeting place at 7:00 o'clock PM., on the 20th day of May 2013 will consider the following additional appropriation which said officers consider necessary to meet the extraordinary emergency existing at this time. PARK AND RECREATION FUND 3 Other Services and Charges 361 Equipment Repairs $ 4,500.00 and 4 Capital Outlays 431 Land Development $ 28,785.00 432 Trees and Landscaping $ 9,625.00 445 Mowers, Carts and Equipment $ 56,167.35 The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee Municipal Center, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana. Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have the right to be heard thereon.
