NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given that the Nappanee Redevelopment Commission ("Commission") will hold a public hearing at 7:00 a.m. on May 26, 2015 at the Nappanee Center, 302 W. Market Street, Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $1,190,000 from the proceeds of the Commission’s Tax Increment Revenue Bonds of 2015, and all investment earnings thereon, for the costs of economic development projects in, serving or benefitting the Nappanee Consolidated TIF District ("Projects"), incidental expenses incurred in connection with the Projects, funding a debt service reserve and costs associated with issuance of the bonds. The foregoing appropriation is in addition to all appropriations provided for in the existing budget and tax levy. Taxpayers of the Nappanee Redevelopment District appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard in respect to this additional appropriation. Dated this 7th day of May, 2015.
