The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear request #02-22-BZA, filed by Mike Beer at 652 W. Market Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The request is for a variance to allow the construction of a new garage with a side setback from the alley of 1.5 feet and a rear setback from the alley of 1.1 feet. The existing 16x22 garage shall be replaced by a new 16x22 garage with porch addition of 6 feet.

Lot Numbered 366 of Rosenberger’s 1st Addition in the City of Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana.
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
