Ed and Joan Napier will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Dec. 7, 2012. Ed and the former Joan Tucker were married Dec. 7, 1952, at Claypool United Methodist Church by the Rev. Wayne Johnson. The couple have four children: Malinda Andrews, Leisa Evans, Bryan Napier and Gayle Muers; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. There will be an open house Dec. 8 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the community building behind the fire station in Pierceton.
