LaGRANGE — Naomi Dean Brill, 90, LaGrange, died Monday, April 23, 2018, at Chandler Place, Kendallville.
On Jan. 5, 1928, in Kendallville, she was born to Alvin H. and Josephine B. Weaver Bauman.
Living in LaGrange since 1951, she had grown up in Noble County. Mrs. Brill was a dedicated homemaker, mother and grandmother.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange, where she was active for many years. She enjoyed cooking and baking, fishing, playing cards, and visiting with family and friends.
On Dec. 26, 1948, in Noble County, she married Bobbie I. Brill. They were married 69 years. He survives in LaGrange.
Also surviving are a daughter, Debra Woods, and her partner, David Lunger, Sturgis, Mich.; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael D. and Sandi Brill, Leesburg; and two grandsons, Christopher Brill, Elkhart, and Cameron Brill, Leesburg.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kathryn Trindle, and a brother, Paul Bauman.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange.
Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 29, at First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange, 200 W. Michigan St., with an hour of visitation prior to the service. The Rev. Kenneth Weaver will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, LaGrange.
