Naomi A. Hartle, of Grace Village, died Sept. 8, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born May 12, 1912, in Burket, to Louis B. and Etta P. Mendel. She married James Hartle, who died in 1986. He was former president of Zimmer Manufacturing Co.
She was a resident of Indiana and Florida.
Surviving are two sons, Hal Hartle, Warsaw and Boca Grande, Fla., and James Hartle Jr., Jacksonville, Fla.; two daughters, Carolyn Vesey, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Pamela Johnson, South Bend and Atlantic Beach, Fla.; a sister, Ethel Rosbrough, Winona Lake; a brother, Arden Mendel, Warsaw; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Charles Mendel; two sisters, Wanda Zinn and Mildred Howard; and two grandsons.
Services will be private.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
