Nancy Rose Bolesky, 79, of Warsaw, died at 9:25 p.m. March 21, 2013, in her residence. She was born Sept. 12, 1933, in Mishawaka, to Earl and Edith I. Miller Smith. On June 5, 1954, in South Bend, she married Richard “Dick” Charles Bolesky, who survives. Formerly of South Bend, she was a Warsaw resident since 1964. She was a deacon of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church and a past volunteer for Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. Also surviving are three daughters, Lynne (and spouse Shane) Hartle and Lori (and spouse Mark) Shortz, all of Warsaw, and Jill (and spouse Jon) Blackwood, Leesburg; a son, Tod (and spouse Brenda) Bolesky, Warsaw; a sister, Sharon (and spouse Patrick) Serge, Tucson, Ariz.; seven grandchildren: Jake Hartle, Chelsey (and spouse Eddie) Sexton, Nicholas (and spouse Libby) Bolesky, Nicole Bolesky, Conner Helser, Zachary (and spouse Christina) Jones and Emily Jones; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw, with Pastor Erik Ohman officiating. Private burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
