Nancy R. Swinehart, 78, Kimmell, died at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 5, 2015, in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City. She was born June 1, 1937, in Warsaw, to Leland and Ruby Frush Miller. In 1958 she was married for a number of years to John F. Smith, who died in June 2015. In 1979, she married Howard Swinehart, who died in August 2010. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Janis Engleberth officiating. Jerry Frush will give last words at the graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
