Nancy M. Peter, 74, of Las Vegas, Nev., and formerly of Warsaw, died May 7, 2010, in her residence.
She was born June 12, 1935, in Buffalo, N.Y., to Carl and Bernice Meyers. On June 11, 1955, she married Robert W. Peter, who survives.
She was a homemaker, a registered nurse and enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Surviving are a son, Robert Peter Jr. (Sandy Vining), Warsaw; three daughters: Linda (and spouse Alan) Sumpter, Lori Adams and Lisa (and spouse Gary) Miller, all of Warsaw; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty (spouse Frank Epperson), Mission, Texas; a brother, Craig (and spouse Kathy) Meyers, Stone Mountain, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private memorial service will be July 9 at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Joe Graham officiating.
